      Pros

      Work life Balance is very good. And the office culture promotes patents and innovative ideas. Free food is there too.

      Cons

      The kind of work you do really depends on the team you are in. It can range from maintaining legacy code to writing new component. But more or less the work is just above average.

      Good salery and other benefits. The strategy is syncronised towards big customers expertations and furture needs. Have a good understanding of keeping staff updated needs investments in training and summits.

      Cons

      The constant updates of versions of programs and more programs there is added all the time is a big challange. There is a big gap between business oriented managers and more creative innovative managers there in particular frustrates the creative types Adobe with creative solutions needs in their staff. I really didn't liked their Intranet and found it confusing instead of being a help performing my daily business.
