New employees, even new college graduates have salaries greater than long-term employees. Stock grants are given to engineers, managers, and new employees. Long-term employees who are not managers or engineers are last on the list to receive stocks and often don't receive them because of limited availability.

Hourly employees must use PTO to cover the summer and winter holiday shut-down weeks if they want to take that time off. This should be made more clear by recruiters. Adobe touts inclusive culture as “Adobe for all”, but when I look around at the senior leadership teams, it’s a lot of older white and Indian men. There are pockets where diverse perspectives are valued, but the culture leans heavily to value male, straight, & white opinions. There is opportunity for improvement with increasing inclusivity and uplifting or amplifying under represented minority voices within leadership circles, on Senior Leadership, and E-teams. The onus should not be on the minority groups to make these changes. Better listening by execs of the Employee Network Leaders and HR leaders could help.
