-Decent pay for when I was straight out of high school $12/hour for front office worker -I never had a problem taking work off when needed whether that was paid or unpaid. -Very flexible when it came to emergencies or bad weather to come in when it was safe to do so -Communal environment -We had pizza Fridays in the office once a month on Friday's -Opportunity for growth

No time to watch the clock, that's a good thing. Company is continuing to develop and launch new building products. Management team has an open door policy and listens to new ideas. Team environment, great coworkers and collogues.
