it's a easy full time job

this is a bad place to work if you in a relationship because the women there are not classy or respectable and it made me feel very uncomfortable working there.

Pros

I've worked for this company for almost 3 years now and I love it. When I have an issue the upper management does everything they can to resolve it quickly.

Cons

My only problem is I've worked my tail off to be a good agent and it's impossible to advance in the company unless you are on site which I can't do due to my personal life so any hope of advancing and moving up in the company is basically non existent. I wish they would do better and give more opportunities to advance up their work from home agents.

Pros

Worked remotely most of the time.

Cons

They are all about statistics and meeting requirements but set you up to fail immediately. They tell you they will help you meet your requirements but they do not. They tell you that you will get the training you need to succeed but what you get is a bare minimum of what you are promised. If you are depending on a job to live, look elsewhere. If you just need money to party and don't mind getting fired, go for it. No retirement plans, no 401 Is and no support when you need it. You get PTO if you earn it, but have to request time off 2 weeks in advance to use it. You can not use PTO if you wake up sick. Nope. You didn't request it ahead of time.
