      - $17/hr starting pay - Chance to Work from home

      Cons

      You have to fight tooth and nail to work from home, even if it was promised to you when hiring. The supervisors are usually clueless. The work culture and environment there is so awful due to managers not working for the best interest of their employees. They have arbitrary rules that change constantly, and sometimes you aren't even informed of the changes until you're in trouble for it. My supervisor quit with little to no notice because it was so awful there. You're likely to be moved to like 5 different departments in a year span, having to train every move.

      Pros

      A lot of the people are good to work with. Most of the training team are knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Watch your pay. If they think they can short you, they will. If you call them on, they will push back. I know people who habe had to get the labor board involved to get the money they were owed. As stated in the headline, they are always changing things. For a company who's whole job is based on communication (it's a call center), there is a severe lack of it within the company itself. You will often not know of changes until you are being called on for not following new policy/process that you were not even made aware of. Salary is low for most projects.
