pay is good that is the only good thing about the job

Cons

managers have their favorites on each team, and make up lost time on your day off even if you are sick you have to make up the time to improve THEIR numbers not yours too many brown nosers , and your work schedule changes every 30 days no set schedule

Pros

They will hire ANYONE with a pulse. You can get away with everything up to murder with them and face NO consequences. There is ALWAYS someone for 'comic relief'

Cons

The pay is basically minimum wage. You work with mostly IDIOTS as the good ones (that are able) have moved on to bigger and better. Being a supervisor there is basically babysitting drama queens (or kings) all day while still being expected to find time to do your actual job.
