Pros

Work from home, gain good experience speaking to many different people around the world.

Cons

Promised advancement but it is rare and work is just repetitive. Metrics are a joke as they don't take into account system issues that arise even if you report to supervisor. Not all supervisors are the same, some definitely more qualified than others. You can have the best "sales rate" and you get to enter a contest and see if you're lucky enough to win extra money. Performance is not rewarded based on doing the best, its your luck.

The staff was very friendly especially Kristina Gonzales who was very helpful especially in my hiring process, am looking forward to seeing where this journey goes in terms of employment!

Cons

I don’t have any downsides because Kristina was more than helpful especially during the process and was very kind and patient towards me.
