Pros

I love working at Advanced Roofing because of the family atmosphere. You don't feel like just another number. Also, you get to work on high profile projects for some of Florida largest and well-known companies. The company has excellent pay and benefits and a fantastic corporate culture.

Cons

Some of the cons working at Advanced can be the long hours during hurricane season, and the stress that can come from roof leaks and working on many projects at once with high urgency. It's demanding work, however very satisfying to know we are protecting people.
