Pros

Well-known Brand, Huge Industry presence, and Great Leadership starting from the owners down to the site supervisors.

Cons

I've noticed that management does a great job at getting ahead of any employee issues by checking in with employees constantly and implementing platforms and committees dedicated to employee satisfaction. So if I had a Con, I am sure management would address it appropriately.

Truly is a family company - owned and operated by family and treats all employees like part of the family. Company does lots of fun social events with employees.
