I have been with AdvantEdge for two years now and LOVE, LOVE my job! The work is rewarding and I get to work with awesome people. I have the privilege of working with teams from all of our offices and find it extremely rewarding. The Leadership is personable and caring, while always having the greater good in mind. I have found them to be perspective and always willing to assist.

Cons

With so many working remotely it can be difficult to maintain relationships, but with the virtual tools we accomplish it.

I'm so thankful to work for a company that works every day to focus on client satisfaction. Even though this can be a demanding position and probably isn't right for everyone, I enjoy the difference we are making for our clients. The company gives me a great environment to work in and I'm encouraged by the growth and potential future opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise.

Cons

Clients are always expecting the company to do more for less. This puts a lot of pressure on production and accuracy.
