      Pros

      Growing company, recession resistant, Strong client list, long term regional leaders, lots of opportunities for promotion for those with leadership skills.

      Cons

      Recent senior leadership changes, new owners bring uncertainty of direction, CEO likely retiring soon, high turnover in hourly workforce, no commitment to regular pay increases.

      Pros

      It is a large company with opportunities to advance, but you may need to relocate.

      Cons

      Low pay, afterall it is a broker. They really take advantage of you if you are in a position that requires using your personal vehicle throughout a territory. No monthly car allowance but a whopping $0.32 per mile for a pretty large territory. That will cover your gas, but not much more. You're on your own when it comes to maintenance/wear & tear.
