      Pros

      Being that itis a grocery brokerage free samples are given out on a fairly regular basis. If you want to stay in the grocery business as a career they have offered a few positions to move you up in the business.

      Cons

      After working there for two years I received my first raise. Now because of the the not so great health plans and lack of raisies I currenlty make as much as I did when I started. All employees have more work on their desk than any one person could ever handle.

      Pros

      Was a great place to work 3 years ago.

      Cons

      Mass Lay offs in December 2007 just in time for the holidays. Recruiting just involved reading a script to applicants. They valued quantity over quality of people we hiring.

      Pros

      In most offices it is a relaxing work environment and primarily an 8-5 (or less) work schedule. There seems to be flexibility in working from home. Doesn't seem to be a lot of micromanaging. Some people have worked here for a while and have moved around to different duties/roles, but are still at roughly the same level. I gather most people that are standard employees stay here because it is not too stressful an environment.

      Cons

      The benefits are not the best or close. Sub-standard medical, dental, etc. Very poor bonuses. No stake in the company is given. Hardly any tuition reimbursement. It is run by Investment Banking firms which causes a downward push on cost cutting in an extreme manner. Very little chance for upward growth and being challenged in your daily work. For the most part, once your here for three months, you're job will be roughly the same.
