Pros
Flexible hours, very good benefits, some supervisors that had been there for years were very good to work for, newly hired ones didn't have any idea on what they were doing.
Cons
I worked here for 6 years and only received 1 raise after 2 years, none after that. Always more work that hours in a day. If you complained you were told you could easily be replaced. Any sales contests/bonus never seemed to be paid out. You'd hear that they were discontinued shortly after we started them, but no one ever told us in the field. Never received monthly paperwork on time, usually 7-10 days late. Could never reach a supervisor when you needed one.
