      run of the mill job

      Pros

      The job was basic so it could do it easily. I take pride in my work no matter the job or the company. My supervisor was the most positive thing about the job. Available when I had questions and always got back to me with answers so I could complete my job.

      Cons

      Cutting the pay of some while handing out bonuses for others just doesn't set well. Outside of my supervisor I had no contact with company. The one time I tried to make contact with human resource I was never able to speak with anyone human. I gave up & left a voice mail. My call was never returned.

      Pros

      They are flexible with schedules. The paid holidays are very competitive with other companies in the industry and are par with the sick days.

      Cons

      The business continues to grow, but they expect the same number of people to shoulder the work. They don't look at people as their biggest asset, but rather as replaceable pieces to their growing puzzle.

      Pros

      3 days off a week. A lot of lead way.

      Cons

      Things change daily. Scheduling employees is tedious. The system which is used for everything is unreliable. ASM constantly needs something fax or scanned yet they provide you only with a $30 printer. No incentives for you or your employees. Guidelines are blurry or changing.
