Questionable piece pay for some products which can drop your hourly pay to $12-$14 hr. Showing up to the store on your scheduled day and there's nothing to assemble. No compensation for that. Working by yourself is good but also bad. Many products are extremely heavy. Some boxes says two people needed. But you must do it alone. For the last 8 years with toolboxes we used to just assemble them and be done with it. Now we have to put safety straps, take pictures of the strap and take pictures of the casters in place. That takes extra time. It doesn't sound like much but for piece pay that lowers what you make an hour. No extra compensation.
