      no micromanagement, though that may have more to do with my supervisor.

      Flexibility in schedule (M - F schedule]

      Exceptionally demanding upper management/ceo. BDM makes sales that are not always realistic. Forces employees to cover stores outside of territory. Pay is low for all operations associates. HR does not provide due diligence in investigations and fires good managers while keeping the managers that should not be managers. CEO posts on LinkedIn showing lavish lifestyle and advantages that only corporate managers get - no one below director has any of those opportunities.

      You get to meet and interact with all walks of life.

      Cons

      Overly micromanaged by the Regional Operations Manager. Regional Supervisors are assigned two to three regions, which negatively impacts the immediate regional team. You will be timed, tracked and immediately called-out and scrutinized by your RS when the ROM has it out for you. Even if your RS is great, the ROM will run over them to make your daily worklife unnecessarily harsh. The mileage reimbursement is 50% of the AAA suggested reimbursement.
