      Pros

      My boss/manager is awesome. I mainly build for ridgecrest homedepot is i asked i could build things for anywhere in lancaster or palmdale also. I earn by item built, if im too slow and build enough to only earn less then what I would get through minimum wage, then they make it up by paying according to minimum wage instead of by the piece.

      Cons

      Personally I dont have good source of transportation so I only work one store, ridgcrest. This means I earn very little. However this is a unique problem as if I lived in lancaster or palmdale which has multiple stores in the are I would have much more work.

      The favoritism runs rampant. They laid off a ton of recruiters and brought them back on contract for less then fired their f/t recruiters.
