It is good company to understand test industry. Good salary and fringe benefit.

Cons

Cuz it is Japanese company, there is some strict company culture I think. And there is no ESPP benefit since stock market moved to Tokyo from Nasdaq.

Good location in Bay area. Great bonus % recent years. 7% 401K match. Lots of senior people working here and it is good to be retired here.

Cons

Little to learn and grow. No career path. Company encourages senior people to be management regardless proficiency. Loyalty is most important here which means you need do little but stay long enough, you will be paid well.
