      Good Workflow Room to express Smaller company, easy to develop business relationships with collegues and clients Hands-off management

      Lack of clear voice or vision from higher management In a shrinking phase at the time of writing this and going through layoffs without announcement or explanations Unclear if there is any opportunity for advancement or career growth.

      Pros

      People who are friendly, willing to share, and hard working. There are more positive people than negative ones. The pay structure, vacation plan, ESPP, and other benifits. Hard work can be rewarded. The work itself is ever changing. There is a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      A set of people who think they are better then those around them, who play politics, and pass the buck whenever they think blame may come their way. They are usually evident, as others usually avoid them, or the business they are in is suffering. And, second is a set of people who refuse to change. They are stuck in the way things used to be, and don't see that the market has either moved, or that no one ever liked the way it was. Also, Advantest and Verigy have not merged together as smoothly as one would have hoped.

      Pros

      None whatsoever. Pay package promised was good, but the insane number of hours that had to be put in made up for this

      Cons

      Worked at w2bi. Was a horrible place to work at. No work life balance; management expected employees to work through nights and weekends,based on unrealistic schedules that were committed to without checking with the engineering team. Ethics was highly questionable too; employees with integrity/concerns about these practices were singled out.
