Pros

Slow paced, cushy job. Good work/life balance. Hard to get fired from this place unless if you really mess up.

Cons

A lot of good engineers have left Verigy after the Advantest acquisition, mostly what's left are either C and D players or folks who want a retirement job.

Cons

Not alot of opportunity to grow. Company focusing on being profitable. Not too much employee events post covid. No stock purchase plan. Some group might have more toxic work environment than other.
