All the advantages of a big company. Good benefits. 7%(!!) 401k match. Stable. Profitable. Great company to retire from. Not many of those left these days.

Cons

All the disadvantages of a big company. Silos. Complacency. Overconfidence. I’m not ready for my last job before retirement yet.
