      Decent Company To Gain Experience

      Pros

      There is tons of work to be done here, so if you are ambitious, you can get some good experience, and even job hop internally by making close allies.

      Cons

      Not the best-paying company in the area, and there are several people in the company that are comfortable in their roles, so once you hit a ceiling, there is really not much growth beyond that unless you leave.
