Horrible Conpany, blind eye to misconduct of employees and customer base

Pay with plenty of overtime.

Cons

Will deny employee assault and battery, also turned blind eye to customer sexual harassment to protect lucrative contract. Would prefer to make up performance issues even after an exemplary annual review from direct manager to protect harassment by customer, customer accused employee was later terminated, but only after Advantest acted to protect the contract.

Good location in Bay area. Great bonus % recent years. 7% 401K match. Lots of senior people working here and it is good to be retired here.

Cons

Little to learn and grow. No career path. Company encourages senior people to be management regardless proficiency. Loyalty is most important here which means you need do little but stay long enough, you will be paid well.
