      Challenging job but low salaries, management has no interest in improving work environment or people skills.

      Pros

      Very interesting mix of hard and software tasks. Coworkers are very nice, in Europe very open and friendly to each other. People managers are good, managers above are mostly non visible to engineers.

      Very disappointing salaries, below industry average. Only manager salaries are above average. High demands but low bonuses.
