Very engaging, mission driven. Most leadership seems very devoted to the spiritually driven mission.

So much change, often the organization is a little frantic.

Pros

Enjoyable and supportive work environment. I like the claims system and caseloads are manageable. Management allows adjusters to make their own decisions and actions plans and don't micro-manage. They are open to suggestion and ideas to make processes better.

Cons

Upper management needs to think outside the box. There seems to be zero flexibility in rethinking job descriptions or salaries and there is no training up the employees to allow for more options and opportunities within the company.
