Pros

The warm and helpful employees have made my time working here at Advia both a very enjoyable and extremely educational experience. The company values help reinforce this idea, making the environment warm and the people very approachable. I can also recognize many career opportunities at Advia, and I can imagine myself working here for a long time.

Cons

The unpredictability of members can make working with them difficult at times, though the staff is very encouraging and helpful through these situations. At times, the upper management can feel a little distant, though the times that I have gotten to interact with them have all been pleasant experiences.

Pros

Advia is a great company to work for. The company is continuously growing, has great benefits, and you are treated as family and not just an employee. Advia is always going above and beyond to make sure their employees are taken care of and addresses any concerns that you may have.

Cons

The only thing I would say is that I was un-aware of how much sales is involved in this position at the credit union. I was un-happy about being blind-sided by this, in training they do not inform you on how important it is and that it is required. However, I have adapted to it now.
