My fellow tellers were by far the best part of my job.

Cons

Gives promotions to people who don't deserve them. Hire branch managers that have never worked in a financial institution. Pushes you to sell products to members. Makes you call members to see if you can sell them products

Growth/expansion is sometimes too accelerated and demands of employees are incredibly high.
