I see this was posted in October 2016, so I am sure you are very pleased with the salary adjustments that were rolled out in December 2016. We too felt we needed to do more for our team.       Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

      Cons

      Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
