Pros

Good work life benefits with accruing pto.

Cons

Pay is lower than other places Upper management refuses to listen to employees They implemented a phone system that has crippled the entire place but as long as the director of the call center likes it that's all that matters Branch side employees are treated awful; have to use PTO for everything but support doesn't Ever since Jeff took over the place isn't the same

Pros

Decent sales incentive, paid volunteer time

Cons

Managers do not help when staff is struggling. They have their own little cliques and talk badly about their employees. Favor certain employees over others letting poor behavior slide as long as they’re on their good side. They do not like when you speak your mind or share opinions on poor policy and/or bad work environment. Lots of high school-type petty drama. Concerns and complaints made to HR cycle right back to regional and direct managers. Management tells you they are there to listen and help you through issues, then reprimand and discipline you for it. Consistently cutting staff but then acquiring new locations. Management lets member facing staff take the brute force of customers, forcing them to suffer through harassment rather than allowing them to escalate it. Almost always needed coverage from other departments to take lunch break. Manager approval is required to apply for different positions and they keep you from being promoted if it wouldn’t directly benefit them.

Your experience is not one that we would ever hope an employee to have, and does not align with the environment we strive to have for our teams. We would love the opportunity to talk through your specific feedback. If you are willing to provide additional insight on your experiences, please reach out to the Organizational Development or Human Resources team.

Thank you for the review! Just a quick clarification on our 401(k) contributions: We currently match contributions up to 3%, but we also contribute an additional 3%, regardless of whether an employee makes contributions to their 401(k).
