Advocate Construction has made available a career path through career development. The senior leadership has been supportive of my efforts to grow into more and more responsibility. The teams and coworkers that surround us are enthusiastic, hard working, and smart. The continual improvement over time is greeted with enthusiasm.

Cons

The only con I can come up with is the technology infrastructure was needing an update, and since I have been here that has been taking place!
