Pros

This company has set their sights on career advancement of qualified candidates. I have personally received two promotions in two seasons with Advocate Construction and it has been made clear that there are still future advancement opportunities available. In regards to compensation, I'm better compensated financially at Advocate than I was in my previous role with a Fortune 100 company despite 7 years and the same number of promotions (2). The leadership here at Advocate Construction is extremely knowledgeable which shows itself by delivering great service to all customers. Senior Management is also driven to provide a positive work environment and to exceed compensation expectations for all workers.

Cons

Advocate Construction supported me throughout learning new roles, but I to get up to speed there were moments where I felt I was pushed beyond my what I thought I was capable of.

Thank you for fighting through the tougher moments so that you can capitalize on your professional development and be ready for the new challenges we have thrown at you. I'm happy to say that there is plenty more where that came from, and its due in part to the performance of our Sales Managers.

Top notch sales and management training for people that are looking to sharpen there skills. Unparalleled earning potential, with a strong base. Flexible hours and open and honest communication between co-workers.

Cons

Advocate gives lots of freedom and coaching to sales people, so people who are not self driven can fail to reach there full potential.
