      Pros

      Everyone here is very supportive, espicially managers and higher ups. Not only do they help with your individual growth in the industry, but there are plenty of life skills you acquire and become masterful in as well. Its a team atmosphere where you like your co workers and they offer help if possible.

      Cons

      To be successful, you have be willing to work the hours for it.

      Pros

      Advocate Construction is a great place to work if you want to unlock your true potential. Where else can you make tons of money by helping people in need? Top performers get promoted and the pay is great.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but Advocate is a results driven company. If you are someone who is a good listener, is confident and driven to be successful you will be a perfect fit. If you are someone who wants to hide behind a desk for 8hrs, you will struggle.

      I have worked at Advocate Construction for 3 years. I get to work with a fun team in the operations division. I enjoy working with homeowners and our crews. The days go by fast and I like working outside.
