Pros

Nice people to work with everyday

Cons

Company culture is strange but you get out of a place what you put in it. I think the problem with Advocate is their overall corporate structure but your direct managers and coworkers maybe nice individuals,

Pros

There is a-lot to say about advocate and most of it is good. There is uncapped commission, great people always willing to help, benefits, incentive trips, the world at your finger tips. The best thing i found was the people. The atmosphere was extremely inviting and warm. Almost electric. The work is rewarding and you help people and get paid well to do so.

Cons

Management. Training mostly. Most management is inviting, helpful, and friendly. When interviewed i was told training is going to last for around 90-120 days. That i was going to have a buddy to work with and learn from. This was partly true. The only issue, training was only a couple days with someone and then you are on your own. After a little less than a month of "training" i was informed i was going to be let go because i wasn't showing results. Although i understand the decision, i was not advised of that in the interview nor onboarding. Lower management did not genuinely take the time to get to know my skill set or how to properly utilize it.
