Pros

Nothing comes to mind for me

Cons

Little understanding of their people, if you’re not a lemming towing the company line you’ll be driven out fast. The worst is the way senior leadership likes to pretend like they care about you but, it’s all lip service. They actually do nothing.

Thanks for the feedback. Your comments seem rather disconnected from reality, and we don’t agree with any of them at all. We will always prioritize the needs of the whole over the desires of an individual. So, one of the ways we show that we care about our people is by protecting them from anyone who fosters negativity because we prioritize a positive work environment. If by lemming you mean being paid to perform job duties, yes, we certainly expect our employees to perform according to their responsibilities.

Pros

Super cliquey, if you're a member of the clique then great news for you, anything you want is possible

Cons

You're on your own. You ask for help and wait and wait and wait and wait, and nobody ever answers. The further up the chain of command you go to ask for help, the less likely you are to get it. Being out knocking in the winter is hard, dealing with getting claims and supporting homeowners is hard, hearing a member of leadership tell you to get over it when you ask why your asks for help go unanswered doesn't make it easier

Sometimes when an employee asks for help, they are presented with different options to change their ways to improve, but they choose not to make any changes. Then, when things remain hard, and the employee reaches out for help again, when we ask them how the recommended changes for improvement went, we find out that they just didn’t make any of the changes that would’ve helped them. Every problem is an opportunity to take accountability, and our processes continue to prove successful for those who follow our systems and put in the effort.
