I have never worked for a company that sincerely cared for their employees as much as Advocate Construction does. They understand the need for balance between work and family! Advocate Construction is always recognizing employees for their hard work and offering many amazing incentives! Best decision I made was to leave my medical job and join the Advocate Construction family.

Pros

Big paydays, tremendous support from everyone around, extensive on-the-job training, the work itself is fun and challenging and brings out the best in you if you choose to apply yourself and work hard. Lots of performance incentives and exciting trips for high performers. A friendly and genuine group of people to work with. You will make friends for life here.

Cons

Hours can be long at times but it comes with uncapped commissions and unlimited PTO.

The Company has great morals which I've seen other companies that say they do but never follow, This company has followed through all the way with their values and morals every step of the way.
