Pros

This company has great benefits including a truck, a w2 sallery, great health insurance, 401k matching, and a awsome work environment. I have found great friends here, grown into a leader and had fun along the way!

Cons

It can take some adjustment when you first start since it is such a unique job. Some hurdles I had to get through was adjusting to the weather, holding myself accountable, and geting over the social anxiety of knocking to get business. If you are able to overcome these obstacles and unique ones that will come in your way you have the potential to make uncapped commission.

Pros

There are a TON of pros. The pay is out of this world. There aren't many jobs where you can make this much in a single season. The hours are flexible. The staff is extremely supportive and helpful. Those all are nothing in comparison to the culture. I worked a lot of places and did many different types of jobs and I can say without a doubt that the culture is one of the MOST important focuses of my management. More specifically - I don't have bosses looking to jump down my throat but rather are constantly asked for opportunities to serve my best interest. I have ALL the tools I need to perform and then some. I can be honest with all my superiors (and have done so) without resentment or reprisal. People matter and there is no place that focuses on that truth more than Advocate Construction

Cons

You will work! While the hours are flexible, this is not a place to clock in and stare at the wall until you are done. You Have to be switched on and ready to go. Some nights maybe long nights in season.

People are why we do what we do! Thank you for sharing your experiences with our award-winning workplace culture. While the time commitment during the peak of our season can be demanding, we value and encourage work-life balance.

Pros

As a Claims Advocate, you have the opportunity to not only help people increase the safety of their family but reinforce the safety of their home. You ultimately have the liberty to set your own salary ceiling and the freedom to work independently. The in-house training that accompanies this position produces a skill set that would be paramount in any walk of life, be it personal or business.

Cons

I can't attribute cons of the business to the company itself. The only con may be the work-life balance because the commitment is very demanding; however, management does disclaim this during the interview process.
