Growth and earnings opportunity is important to me and Advocate satisfies it! It is all effort based. Culture is one of a kind. In-office team is all supportive and fun. The company also likes to reward their employees with monthly/bi-monthly outings as well! Communication among each department has been efficient and transparent. There is always clarity on where l stand in the company and how we can grow.

Being multi-state and not getting to see everyone face to face all the time! Virtual technology definitely helps along with company functions and outings.
