New Truck, Health Plan, 401k and Match, PTO, company trips and outings. GREAT Culture.

Cons

Not really a “con” but some might see it. You can’t hide. Some jobs it’s easy to keep your head down if you’re not feeling it on a day, but not here. If you’re not feeling it, it’s best to be honest with yourself and your manager rather than just go through the motions and hope no one notices.
