It's a win-win when our team can support each other while also hitting those performance-based earning goals. We appreciate the honest feedback on the bonus system. I genuinely love working here. It’s one of those places where you get out exactly what you put in—there’s no sugarcoating that it’s hard work, but if you’re willing to put in the effort, it’s absolutely worth it. I can honestly say I've never worked harder, and never been compensated better in my life. I think what really sets this company apart is the leadership. They don’t just sit back and direct—they show up every single day and work for their team. Even more importantly, they actually listen. Feedback isn’t ignored or brushed aside—it’s taken seriously, and you can see real changes being made because of it. That kind of responsiveness builds trust and makes you feel valued. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, and be heard, and help people everyday... this is it.

There have been a lot of changes lately and change can be hard. But I know it is because the leadership is listening to what we struggle with and is actively putting improvements in place.
