Pros

High Paid Time Off, Bonus each year are somewhat reliable of around 200-500 dollars. Rewarding when programs are doing well.

Cons

Terrible Pay. They have been dragging their feet to increase pay for years. I make barely more than regular direct care and direct care is barely making above 15 an hour. In recent years standards have been dropped by upper management to protect clients and staff. All it takes is one accusation from angry clients now to get staff put on unpaid leave while they are investigated, meanwhile clients harass other clients and nothing is done. They are cramming more and more high risk clients in programs not designed for them. Anyone in management is either not there long enough to do anything or more concerned with passing the buck in a year where they have been working from home while people are on the front lines of an epidemic. Then when they leave whoever is left behind is blamed for the things they swept under the rug. If you can get on a good team the rating may be higher but avoid the Hudson team.
