Pros

- kind and supportive coworkers - someone always around to get advice/feedback from - experience in a lot of areas

Cons

- huge caseload (55-75) - didn't always follow appropriate reporting practices - burn out is inevitable and no one does anything when it's reported

Pros

The company cares about its employees. I had a wonderful supervisor and worked on a great team. My position was eliminated because of budget cuts but I felt well treated in the process of being let go. They are also rolling out a race equity action plan and working hard to be authentic and transparent.

Cons

Pay is low but that's part of working for a human service agency, especially for direct care staff. And their wages are capped by state regulations which need to change.

Horrible

Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

Supervisors don’t care about anything besides what numbers you put up, regardless if the care is good or not. Inept supervisors are hired for high level positions without needing licensure. There’s a handful of good supervisors but they’re few and far between, supportive of CEO but she doesn’t see the bad management she has.
