Helping the individuals is always a rewarding experience.

Cons

vp's are arrogant and disrespectful. CEO is nice but clueless. Many attorneys are having a banner year due to lawsuits against management and their tactics.

Program managers are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No rotation. Burn out rate is high
