      Pros

      Aeroflow is a great place to work. The company is constantly growing so there is plenty of room for upward mobility. Employees are valued.

      Cons

      Vacation time could be better when you are initially hired. PTO accruement gets a lot better if you stay with the company for a year or two.

      I must say it has been unbelievable how the company has transitioned from everyone working in the office to now everyone working from home. It seems like yesterday we were all in the office. At the start of COVID last year, they had us all take our computers and phones home to continue working. It was a scary time not knowing what direction they would take long term. I'm very thankful for allowing us to transition, especially since I have kids and they needed attention at home as well with schools being out. Also, shout out to the IT team who's helped get better internet access for me at home.

      Cons

      We've all had to adapt over the past year to what has been a new experience for all of us.

      Let down. Was good until it wasn’t.

      Some good managers. Job was great until it wasn’t.

      Cons

      Executive team plays favorites. Employees are minions and not appreciated for the millions of dollars they help contribute to this company. The buddy system is getting old they are reactive instead of proactive.
