HR does their job at making you feel heard about your concerns, but makes no changes to the issues you have. Avoid the Urology department at ALL COSTS. Other departments in the company don’t have this experience. It’s a true slap in the face when you see that you’re making $45,000 in PROFIT-meaning after the cost of goods, and you’re handed a $500 commission like they’re doing you a favor.
