Some of upper management genuinely tries. There are definitely some nice people to work with

Super traditional boys club and toxic environment Cliquey beyond belief Some people are just nasty and get away with it due to cliques Impossible for new ideas and new people to thrive Bottom line: if you were hired to make change here, it won’t happen. You’ll just make enemies Terrible benefits too

Interesting Work but an "Old Boys Club"

Pros

A lot of interesting work for people. The work is definitely meaningful. It's fast paced so you'll never be bored. The people who work here are truly dedicated to their jobs. The CEO is super nice and down to earth - although he should looked deeper into his company's culture.

Cons

A lot of times it can feel like an "ol boys club", as you'll see from the reviews from leadership most people in these roles have been here for 10+ years and they unrealistically expect new members to shore up to their level of knowledge quickly. Until you have the same level of knowledge as they do, your ideas are often considered null and void. This club that exists at the company benefits those within the club, but for everyone else it can be downright toxic. Benefits are also terrible and mainly support people who have been working at the company for a long time. No sick days, only 10 days of PTO for new employees. So if you're sick, that eats into your 10 days.
