Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth. Upper level management is always open to bold new ideas and encourages employees to take ownership of their work. Aeroflow sets ambitious goals and always seems to exceed them. Great place to work and certainly among the best employers in the Asheville area.

Cons

Self-directed and motivated types will thrive here. Pace of work is very fast, and projects and goals can evolve or pivot quickly. That seems to keep some people engaged, but could be stressful or challenging for others.

Cons

The managers can't even figure out where to have people sit, so how can you expect them to manage career growth? They are unapproachable and refuse to assist with training and direction. Most people on the team are left guessing about what they're supposed to do. The turnover rate is insane, the benefits suck. Don't get pulled into the Aeroflow trap. This is a soul-sucking, depressing environment.

Thank you for this very important feedback. We have shifted the physical location of departments several times over the last few years due to growth and change but only due to renovations and improvements or simply because teams outgrew the space they were in and we felt it was more important to keep a team together. We apologize if that could have been communicated or orchestrated better. Our turnover and benefits are far better than all industry benchmarks and our workforce is very engaged which has led us to win several very competitive employee based awards the last few years, including our Great Place to Work certification for the last 4 years running. We certainly recognize that not everyone experiences Aeroflow in that way and we regret that we weren't given more of an opportunity to address your concerns while you were here.
