This was one of the worst decisions of my career. There is a reason the entire sales leadership left together and the reps rarely last more than a yr.

It's a smaller company so your voice is heard. It has a really good mission which makes you feel like you are a part of something bigger.

You get to work from home and that's about where it ends

Cons

The department head is incredibly out of touch. She's rude and insensitive and 100% knows everyone is afraid of her. Everyone feels like they are walking on egg shells, you get no breaks and are expected to do classes and consultations back to back with very little time in between. They keep firing people including most recently someone who was pregnant. You're forced into making their social media videos even though they know they have a terrible reputation online and if you don't feel comfortable teaching a specific class they don't care
