      Pros

      I've been with Aeroflow three years now. I started entry-level in the inside sales department and was recognized for my top sales and hard work by being promoted into a training position after 6 months. This company is constantly growing and adapting to the always changing healthcare world; which opens up opportunities for promoting from within. As new departments and positions open up, Aeroflow always looks to their own employees and those that excel to fill these positions. The biggest reward for working at Aeroflow is helping the lives of our patients; while it may be difficult at times, that's what it's all about.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and always evolving. If you are not adaptable for change; this industry might not be for you.

      Pros

      Aeroflow is a fast growing company in a competitive industry. With its growth there have been numerous opportunities for advancement both within my department and within the company as a whole. Aeroflow's staff and a good portion of its management are young and energetic. This has helped to provide a positive work environment focused on getting good results.

      Cons

      At times there have been communication issues with changes in day to day operations and systems. Time and additional training have helped and these issues are no longer as prevalent.

      Pros

      I have worked full time at Aeroflow for just over two years. During this time I have had the opportunity to move into a leadership role in my original department, and later transfer to a whole different department. This company is very fast paced and always changing (which is a reflection of the industry) Management is very open to new ideas, and has embraced the constant changes. I am constantly asked for my feedback. I also very much enjoy the family atmosphere here, everyone really looks out for each other! The office has that Cheers feeling, where everybody knows your name.

      Cons

      Aeroflow is very much a technology based company. You can expect to be using a multitude of different computer programs simultaneously. Multitasking and organization are important to success at Aeroflow.
