      Reputable company with a lot of room for advancement, so long as you are 200% committed to the job above all else.

      Pros

      The environment is very young and energetic, it's a great spot to get started if you're looking to get into sales.

      Cons

      The hours are awful and it's really all a numbers game. The salary for recruiters varies from office-to-office, but it's pretty low in comparison to other recruiting agencies, especially when you are working standard 50-55 hour weeks, often more. You're continually enticed by the opportunity to move up in the company and make a lot of money. And while that opportunity may exist, not everyone is money-hungry enough to sacrifice a life outside of staffing. I wouldn't recommend this as a long-term thing if you're not trying to get into sales.

      dont get back with there people at all, they place you in job and get their pay for doing so but will never take care of

      Pros

      With this the only avenue to get into some jobs, than there service is needed. The company I was placed in treats me great with no complaints.

      Cons

      The company does not take care of their valuabe resource at all, their employees. as long as they are getting their weekly income from assignment company they dont care about taking care of the employees needs. VERY poorly ran company.

      Pros

      They are very organized and know how to run a big company. They have an awesome training program as well.

      Cons

      It depends on which department you recruit for that determines your success. Some departments do better than other departments. So, be careful during the interview process and know what you're getting yourself into.
