      Pros

      Occasional free food and events. The company does well with the training aspect. It also provides plenty of chances to move departments. However, that is usually isn't based on work ethic.

      Cons

      Very high school like. High emphases on being unnatural social. Not for everyone. Management chooses promotions based on popularity rather than actual substance. The upper leadership continuously preaches diversity. But, the upper leadership is minimally diverse. Low pay for the amount of work. Only 3 hours of overtime a week.

      Pros

      I met great people while working at Aerotek.

      Cons

      This job is a nightmare. You have 0 work/life balance. You get looked at wrong if you leave the office before 6pm at night (you have to get there at 7:30am every morning). It is beyond stressful. There are so many metrics to hit that it becomes overwhelming. In the last week I've seen at least three people cry at work. But they brainwash you into thinking there aren't other jobs out there for you so people feel stuck. There is no growth opportunity unless you want to become a schmoozy sales person. You get told you have to work at least 8 hours of overtime but in reality it's at least 10-20. This job is only for those that don't want to have a life outside of work.

      - Committed to diversity - Grown organically, everyone starts out at the bottom - Pay is excellent if you can produce results - Excellent place to start a career for a recent college graduate

      Cons

      - Recent management changes in NW Region have degraded culture - Not all office locations are equal - Recruiting experts in the company have no incentive to stay - No work/life balance, especially if you have a family
